Book your session
Reserve a date and time that suits you, select it and then sit back feeling good that you've taken that first step.

Secure your session with a deposit
I request a £74 deposit to secure your booking which is collected during the booking process. It secures your personal 2-3 hour session. The balance is paid once your session concludes on the day.

Turn up with an open mind
Turn up for your session and receive a warm welcome and someone who will help you get through whatever challenge you're facing.
